Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit, on the balcony or anywhere inside Dunes Village Resort. Smoking is allowed outside only in a designated smoking area. No pets are allowed. The checkout process is pretty simple: 1. Please wash all of your dishes 2. Please put all trash in bags and set outside the condo door for the Dunes Resort team to collect. 3. Lock the door on your way out. No parties or events are allowed. People other than those in the Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. No more than three guest vehicles are allowed in the Dunes Village parking deck.
